Palmer

How come Palmer and his friends have to be a wringer? How come Palmer doesn’t want to be a wringer if his friends were? Where did Palmer’s friend take Palmer when they snuck Palmer out of the house?

  1. I think that they don’t HAVE to be a wringer but that it’s just expected. It’s like a tradition. I believe Palmer doesn’t want to be a wringer because he is more tender hearted and not cruel. I know people who are terrible and could do that to any kind of animal, even dogs and cats. Palmer may be able to make a change in what goes on in his town and get people to realize that what they are doing is not right.

  2. A good thing about Palmer is he is not a follower, what I mean by that is that he does not follow his friends, he really doesn’t care of what his friends think of him if he does not want to be a wringer. Palmer is not like the guys he has a descent heart.

  3. They didn’t have to be a wriger but every boy at the age of ten
became one.Palmer didn’t like to see the pigeons die. So that’s
Why hes not a wriger. And they took him to the railroad traks
and and started to act like they were shoting the pigons that
    were in the cage’s.

  4. they DONT have to be a wringer its their own choice ,also he
doesnt want to be a wringer because if he cares about nipper
and if you cared about it how he does then you wouldnt want to
kill its own kind and the gang took him to where the pigeons
    were stored.
